Dough Dog does not process payments or store payment credentials. Payments are handled through Shopify Payments.
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis with no guaranteed uptime or compatibility.
The Services are not intended to be a sole system of record.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
Dough Dog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Delaware law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration.
